- Responding to your enquiry or request for information about a listing
- Contacting you as part of our real estate advisory service
- Suggesting properties that match your requirements
- Maintaining service quality and site security (preventing form abuse)
4. Legal Basis
Your data is processed by automated means upon your submission of the form, on the basis of Article 5/2-(c) of the KVKK ("directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract") and Article 5/2-(f) ("legitimate interests of the data controller").
If we ever send commercial electronic messages (newsletters, campaign announcements), separate explicit consent will be obtained and can be withdrawn at any time.
5. Transfers
Contact form data is never sold or shared for marketing purposes.
It is stored only on our hosting provider’s infrastructure and accessed by authorised staff for technical maintenance. Transfers to competent public authorities may occur where legally required.
6. Retention
Data submitted through the contact form is retained for a reasonable period after your enquiry is resolved (maximum 2 years), then deleted or anonymised. Where a contractual relationship is established, statutory retention periods apply.
For spam protection, your IP address is held in server memory for a few minutes only and is never written to the database.
7. Your Rights (KVKK Art. 11)
Under Article 11 of the law you have the right to:
- Learn whether your personal data is being processed
- Request information if it has been processed
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly
- Know the third parties to whom data is transferred, at home or abroad
- Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
- Request erasure or destruction within the conditions of the law
- Request that corrections and erasures be notified to third parties
- Object to results arising from analysis solely by automated systems
- Claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing
